Terms of Service

By loading, browsing, or submitting a balance lookup on mygift-giftcardmallai.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms form a binding contract between you and GiftCardMall. They apply to anonymous visitors, registered users, and anyone who contacts us.

We operate a free web tool that takes the details printed on a GiftCardMall prepaid card and returns the available balance reported by the card's issuer.

We are not the issuer of any gift card. We do not load funds onto cards, activate cards, replace lost cards, or process refunds. The balance we display is the balance the issuer reports back to us at the moment of the request — we don't guarantee it is current to the second, and pending transactions may not yet be reflected.

GiftCardMall is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the site you represent that you meet that minimum age.

You must only submit card details for cards you legitimately possess or are authorized to look up. Submitting a card number you do not own or have permission to check is prohibited (see §5).

GiftCardMalldoes not require you to create an account. We don't offer a profile, dashboard, or saved card list. Anyone telling you they have your "GiftCardMalllogin" is misinformed at best and trying to scam you at worst — we encourage you to report it to support@mygift-giftcardmallai.com.

You agree not to:

• Submit card details for cards you do not own or are not authorized to check.
• Probe, scan, or scrape the service in ways that exceed normal human use — that includes automated lookup tools, credit-card enumeration, and stolen-card checking.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract our source code or pipeline internals.
• Use the service to build a competing product, data set, or model without our written permission.
• Disrupt the service through denial-of-service activity, exploit attempts, or any other interference with normal operation.

Violation can result in immediate IP-level blocks, abuse reports to your network provider, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

The GiftCardMall name, logo, written copy, code, and visual design are owned by GiftCardMall or licensed to it. Photography credited on the site belongs to its respective photographers under the terms they publish (typically the Unsplash or Pexels license). Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. You may share links to public pages freely; you may not republish substantial portions of the copy or code without permission.

Visa, Mastercard, and the names of individual gift card retailers and issuers are trademarks of their respective owners. GiftCardMall is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Visa, Mastercard, or any retailer whose card you may look up. We use those names only to describe the cards our service supports.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do our best to keep balances accurate and the site online, but we do not warrant that lookups will always succeed, that balances will always reflect the latest transaction, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Balance reads are advisory — the authoritative record is held by the card issuer.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiftCardMall and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of these terms or the service is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case the limit is reduced to the smallest amount permitted by local law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GiftCardMall and its contractors from claims arising out of your misuse of the service — including, but not limited to, submitting card details you were not authorized to use or violating § 5 of these terms.

We may modify, suspend, or shut down all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these terms; when we do, the "Last updated" date at the top will change, and material revisions will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.

You may stop using GiftCardMall at any time, no notice required.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not subject to arbitration.

Where permitted by law, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@mygift-giftcardmallai.com before initiating a formal claim. Class actions and class-wide arbitration are not permitted.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and GiftCardMallregarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right at one moment is not a waiver of that right later. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
